Our mission at Dobson Brothers is to perform for our customers the highest level of quality construction services at fair and market competitive prices. To ensure the longevity of our company by developing and retaining top level employees along with repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas including quality, timeliness, attention to detail and service-minded attitudes. That all Dobson Brothers employees maintain the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, honesty and fairness in our relationships with our owners, suppliers, subcontractors and professional associates.

Dobson Brothers Construction has been a dominant player in road construction since its incorporation in 1946. Its ownership changed in 1984 when it was purchased by Sam Olson. Dobson Brothers works throughout Nebraska, Kansas and Oklahoma where its major projects have been interstate highway and road construction involving both asphalt and concrete paving. Utility projects include box culvert, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water line construction.
